| 摘 要： | 目的：探索剖宫产中产妇仰卧位低血压综合征（SHS）的处理方法及效果,总结剖宫产中产妇仰卧位SHS的预防和护理经验。方法：在分析原因的基础上论述了预防和护理体会。结果：通过临床观察和护理,使产妇脱离危险,确保母子平安。结论：做好术前健康教育;麻醉后“斜-屈”卧位;注意扩容、给氧,严密观察生命体征是防治SHS的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the treatment and effects of the parturient woman hypotension synthesizes drafts(SHS) and review experiences in the prevention and nursing of SHS.Methods: To analyze and review the experiences in the prevention and nursing of SHS.Results: Safety could be guaranteed for both the parturient and the baby through intensive observation and nursing.Conclusion: The keys to prevent SHS were health education before C-section,slanting-bending position anaesthesia,oxygen provision and strict observation of life indicators. |
