| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析全血细胞减少的原因并对骨髓涂片及骨髓小粒拉片两种血液学检查方法进行比较。方法 :对64例全血细胞减少患者进行骨髓涂片及骨髓小粒拉片检查并结合临床进行分析。结果 :引起全血细胞减少的主要原因仍然是造血系统疾病占76 5%;骨髓小粒拉片检查对判断骨髓增生程度较为可靠1]。结论 :引起全血细胞减少的原因以造血系统疾病为主 ;骨髓小粒拉片检查对于诊断造血系统疾病具有推广应用价值2]。

| Abstract: | Object:To analysis the reasons of pancytopenia and compare two bone marrow observed methods.Methods:To exam bone marrow smear and fragments in 64 cases pancytopenia.Results:The main reason causes pancytopenia is hematology problem and it is more valuable to exam the bone marrow fragments for evaluation the cellularity of the marrow Conclusions:The main reason causes pancytopenia is hematolohy problem;the bone marrow fragments exame should be used in diagnosed hematology disease. |
