| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨液基薄层细胞技术(TCT)和Bethesda系统(TBS)用于宫颈细胞学检查的临床价值.方法:2006年6月-2007年3月利用TCT,结合TBS分类对1500例患者进行宫颈细胞学检查.阳性结果患者在阴道镜下取宫颈活组织行病理检查.结果:1500例涂片中检出异常涂片92例,其中不明确意义的不典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC-US)20例(21.7%),不除外高度病变的不典型鳞状上皮细胞(ASC-H)11例(12.0%).低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)36例(39.1%),高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)22例(23.9%),宫颈鳞癌3例(3.3%),病理符合率为92.4%.结论:TCT用于宫颈细胞学诊断,是筛查宫颈癌前病变的重要手段.
