健美操课对大学生心理素质的影响

摘    要:为培养大学生的心理素质,对85名大学本科生在健美操课上结合身体练习进行专门的心理素质培养。所采取的训练方法有:表现力训练、增强自信心、运用形体语言和词语暗示训练、调节情绪、锻炼意志和增强心理稳定性训练。采用问卷调查验证训练效果。结果表明,强调心理素质培养的健美操课取得了理想的效果。考试成绩优秀率由原来的17.6%提高到41.1%。在自信心、表现力、锻炼自觉性和情绪控制能力都有显著增强。

Abstract:For improving university student's psychological quality,85 university undergraduates in my university are trained in special methods in their course of body-building exercises.The methods include training of expressiveness and self-confidence;utilization of body language and word implication to adjust mood,build up will power and improve psychological stability.The questionnaire survey shows that the training has obtained the ideal effect.The rate of A grade students in the examination increased from 17.6% to 41.1%,and the students have remarkably improved their self-confidence,expressiveness,self-consciousness and mood control.
