| 摘 要： | 作为大理市产业结构调整及新农村建设试点镇,喜洲以旅游业、建筑业等为龙头的特色产业发展模式已经取得了较好的效果.该镇特色经济发展和产业结构优化调整的现状、发展模式及成果对大理白族地区农业发展和产业结构调整优化起到了巨大的带动作用."喜洲模式"证明,民族乡村地区的经济发展必须要坚持发挥区域资源优势,必须依靠特色取胜,才能实现经济的可持续发展.

| Abstract: | As a pilot township for enterprise restructuring and new rural construction in Dali City,Xizhou has achieved better results in boosting tourism as its characteristic enterprise and therefore has set a good example for Dali's Bai villages.The paper makes an analysis of the present conditions,growth mode and existing problems in this township's characteristic economy and enterprise restructuring and,on the other hand,proposes some strategies for its further growth to lead the way for other townships. |
