| 摘 要： | 目的:调查分析大理地区近10年的葡萄胎患病资料,探讨葡萄胎的发病相关影响因素,为该病预防提供依据.方法:收集大理州医院和大理学院附属医院1999年-2008年的葡萄胎病例资料,计算各年患病率及各年龄段患病人数和频率,采用病例对照研究,对23例葡萄胎患者及23例其它疾病的妇女或健康体检妇女对照进行Logistic回归分析.结果:1999年-2008年间葡萄胎患病率总体呈下降趋势,患病妇女主要集中在21～30岁.单因素分析显示:人工流产史、动物油、腊肉制品与葡萄胎发病呈正相关;经多因素分析调整后,动物油、腊肉制品与葡萄胎发病仍呈正相关.结论:大理地区葡萄胎患病率总体呈下降趋势,其发病可能与人工流产史、食用过多腊肉制品及动物油有关.
