| 摘 要： | 高校毕业生就业关系到国计民生。基于云南省2010年所有高校毕业生年终就业数据进行分类、梳理、汇总，从而对高校毕业生就业流向及特点进行分析，并按照综合大学、师范院校、独立学院、其他专门院校、高职高专、民办专科划分为6类高校来讨论不同学历层次的高校毕业生就业状况，比较11个专业门类毕业生的就业率，分析当前毕业生就业中存在的主要问题，并提出促进高校毕业生就业的对策。

| Abstract: | College graduates’ employment is close with national welfare and the people’s livelihood.the article introduces all the college graduates’ employment status and analyses graduate employment characters in Yunnan based on job figures in 2010.It explores the employment status for different educational background divided into 6 kinds: university,normal university,independent institute,higher vocational college,private higher education college,compares the employment rate for 11 majors,analyses the existing problems in employment of graduates,and puts forward the suggestions and solutions to solve the hardship of employment |
