新建本科院校境外办学探析——以红河学院为例

境外办学是立足于国外,以国外学生为招生培养对象,在境外独立办学或与境外教育机构合作办学,实施学历、学位或非学历教育的国际化办学。云南省红河学院作为一所新建本科院校,在教育国际化发展过程中在全省的新建本科院校中率先开展和实施了境外合作办学,并积累了一定的境外办学的经验。

Analysis on Running School Overseas by the Newly-Established University ---Taking Honghe University for Example

Schools which are run overseas and recruit foreign students as target students,implement international education with degrees or non-diploma program,often in an independent way or cooperating with foreign educational institutions.Honghe University,a newly established university,is the first advanced educational institution to run school overseas in Yunnan province,and has gathered certain experience in the process of internationalization.
