黄金茶多糖的含量测定

摘    要:目的:建立黄金茶多糖的含量测定方法.方法:采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定黄金茶多糖的含量.结果:黄金茶中多糖含量为12.53%,精密度及重复性良好;葡萄糖在20.1-120.3μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994.多糖平均回收率为101.5%,RSD为2.45%(n=6).结论:此方法操作简便,准确性好.黄金茶中多糖具有开发利用价值.

Abstract:Objective: To establish an UV method for the determination of polysaccharides in Gold tea.Method: Anthronesulphuric acid method was adopted to survey the content of polysaccharide in gold tea.Result: The content of polysaccharide took 12.53%,and its recovery rate was 99.35%;RSD was 2.45%(n=6).Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate,and the content of polysaccharide in gold tea has higher value of development and utilization.
