| Abstract: | This paper discusses the methods and approach to the collection and utilization of audiovisual materials for broadcasting and television in the ethnic regions and analyzes the development and utilization of the resources in the network environment. It also points out that the materials collected have to be of national characteristics so as to meet the demands of the clients and promote the development and construction of the documents and information resources in the regions. |
