盲视放置鼻空肠管在重症患者中的临床应用

目的:探讨放置鼻空肠管在临床上抢救危重病人时解决肠内营养问题,防止食物返流、误吸,减少吸入性肺炎发生,减轻腐蚀性毒物中毒所致食道狭窄的临床应用效果。方法:对各种危重病人进行手法盲插留置螺旋型鼻空肠管,实施早期肠内营养支持治疗。结果:通过手法盲插留置螺旋型鼻空肠管,成功率较高,对病人损伤小。结论:通过留置鼻空肠管对各种重症患者进行营养支持治疗,可改善重症患者的预后,提高治愈率和存活率,是临床具有实用性意义的研究。
