前牙区埋伏牙的临床治疗

目的：探讨前牙区埋伏牙的临床特点及治疗。方法：总结分析78例97颗埋伏牙的临床特点及治疗方法。通过临床判断法和影像学定位判断法进行埋伏牙的定位，有61例78颗通过手术拔出，有17例19颗通过开窗正畸导萌治疗。结果：手术均未伤及邻牙，术后创口Ⅰ期愈合，配合正畸治疗后，牙列和颌关系正常。经开窗正畸导萌的埋伏牙，治疗后牙位置和颌关系正常、活髓、不松动。结论：埋伏牙术前准确的定位，合理选择治疗方法，术后定期随访并配合适当的正畸治疗是取得良好效果的关键。有导萌条件的埋伏牙应尽量保留治疗，可由口腔外科和正畸科医生共同决策。

Clinic Experience in the Treatment of Embedded Anterior Teeth

Objective: To discuss clinical symptom and therapy for the anterior embedded tooth.Methods: 97 anterior embedded teeth of 78 patients were summarized and analyzed.Anterior embedded teeth were located by clinical diagnosis and medical imaging technique.78 teeth of 61 patients were extracted and 19 teeth of 17 patients were cured by cutting,orthodontics and guiding-eruption.Results: Adjacent teeth were not wounded.Cuts were cicatrized in period I.The occluding relation of dentition got right with therapy of orthodontics.The occluding relation of teeth position were normal,vital pulp and inflexible by the means of cutting,orthodontics and guiding-eruption.Conclusions: The key points to get better therapy included accurate location for embedded teeth,choice of therapies,and regular check with orthodontics.Embedded teeth with possibility of being guiding-erupted should be reserved as far as possible,meanwhile.It was also necessary doctors from oral surgical and orthodontics departments make decision together.
