他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

目的:观察外用0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性.方法:治疗组患者外用0.03%他克莫司软膏,每日2次,连用4周;对照组给予10%氧化锌软膏外用,每日2次,连用4周,并观察不良反应.结果:治疗组总有效率为93.55%,对照组总有效率为43.33%,两组疗效比较有显著差异(P＜0.01).治疗组不良反应有红斑、灼热感和刺痛感,但可耐受.结论:0.03%他克莫司软膏治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎安全、有效.

Clinial efficacy of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis with topical tacrolimus ointment

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of topical tacrolimus ointment 0.03% for the treatment of patients with facial steroid corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.Methods: 31 patients were treated with topical tacrolimus ointment 0.03% twice a day for 4 weeks,30 patients were treated with topical zine oxide ointment 10% for 4 weeks in the control group.Meanwhile the adverse events were observed.Results: The effective rates are 93.55% and 43.33% respectively in the treatment group and the control group.There is a distinct difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The adverse events were erythema,buring and pricking but it could be bearable.Conclusion: Topical tacrolimus ointment 0.03% is a safe and effective treatment option for the patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.
