| 摘 要： | 目的：总结国内外近25年呼吸功能异常与漏斗胸关系的研究进展。方法：检索PubMed、CNKI中国学术期刊全文数据库，收集、综合分析相关文献资料。结果：漏斗胸的发生与很多因素有关。结论：呼吸道、肺和膈肌结构的改变导致的呼吸功能异常可能是漏斗胸形成的重要原因之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To review the advances in research into the relationship between abnormality of pulmonary function and pectus excavatom in the last 25 years. Methods: Search in the PubMed and CNKI database, review and analyze the data collected. Results: Pectus excavatum may be associated with many factors. Conclusion: The abnormality of pulmonary function caused by the structural deformity of the respiratory tract, the lung and the diaphragmatic muscle may be an important cause of pectus excavatum. |
