| 摘 要： | 新时代对大学生素质的一项重要要求是创新精神和创新能力，提高大学生的科研能力则是培养其创新精神和创新能力的立足点和突破口。结合目前我国高校在大学生科研能力培养方面还处于起步阶段的实际，对大学生科研能力的内涵、培养的目的和意义、现状作了分析，并就如何培养大学生的科研能力进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | In the new century,one of the important requirements for the quality education of university students is to develop their innovation spirit and creation capability.Therefore,to improve their researching capability is the basic foothold and the break-through point to cultivate their innovation sprit and creation capability.Based on the fact that the researching capability cultivation in most of the Chinese colleges and universities is just underway at the present,this article analyzes the contents of the university students' researching capability,the significance of its cultivation and the current situation of this job,and further discusses how to improve the researching capability of the university students. |
