| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨原发性气管肿瘤的误诊原因和提高临床对原发性气管肿瘤的早期诊断水平。方法：回顾分析45例原发性气管肿瘤误诊为哮喘患者的临床诊治经过。结果：原发性气管肿瘤易误诊为哮喘,平均误诊时间为11.4月。早期表现为咳嗽、咳痰,晚期表现为活动后胸闷、呼吸困难及类似哮喘样表现,正规吸入治疗效果不佳,而且原发性气管肿瘤早期缺乏特异性的临床表现,极易漏诊和误诊。病变难以在X线胸片上发现,胸部CT可以反映病变部位。纤维支气管镜检查不但能够准确发现气管内肿瘤的部位、形态、大小及管腔受累情况,并能够活检取得病理学依据,诊断意义最大,同时可行镜下治疗。结论：加强对本病的认识,对吸入治疗效果不佳的哮喘患者积极行纤维支气管镜检查和CT检查有助于减少误诊。
