| 摘 要： | 目的:评估葛根素对脑梗死的治疗效果.方法:87例患者随机分成葛根素组(n=46)和对照组(n=41).观察两组临床效果及血液流变学指标的变化.结果:葛根素组的治疗效果与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05).血液流变学方面二组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).未发现葛根素注射液的并发症.结论:葛根素注射液治疗脑梗死有效.

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess the efficacy of pueraria for the patients suffering from cerebral infarction.Method: 87 patients were randomly divided into pueraria group(n=46)and control group(n=41).The clinic effects and morphologic change of two groups were studied.Result: The clinic efficacy of pueraria group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The morphologic change was the same in two of group(P>0.05).No serious adverse effects were found.Conclusion: Pueraria injection is effective in treating cerebral... |
