| 摘 要： | 目的:调查大理市某幼儿园教室内空气细菌污染情况并探讨其与幼儿呼吸道疾病发生的关系。方法:采用自然沉降法,对学前班、大班、中班和小班共4间教室,对教室内空气中的细菌总数和溶血性链球菌数进行检测;在采样1周后对幼儿患呼吸道疾病情况进行追踪调查,并应用统计学分析。结果:教室内空气中细菌总数合格率为50%;4间教室内空气中均无溶血性链球菌检出;各班级间幼儿患呼吸道疾病的患病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);幼儿呼吸道疾病的患病率与教室内空气中的细菌总数的量无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:大理市某幼儿园部分教室内空气仍存在细菌污染,应加强幼儿园教室内空气卫生治理。
