| 摘 要： | 目的:为了提高避暗实验测定动物学习记忆功能的敏感性,本实验对东莨菪碱复制的小鼠记忆获得障碍模型采用了3种不同的测试方法。方法:使用造模药物东莨菪碱复制小鼠记忆获得障碍模型,采用单次、两次和多次测试法对小鼠避暗潜伏期和错误次数两项指标进行测试,并比较各方法的敏感性。结果:对于东莨菪碱复制的小鼠记忆获得障碍模型,单次测试法两项指标均未显示出模型组与对照组之间的显著性差异;两次测试法避暗潜伏期指标两组之间没有统计学意义;多次测试法两项指标均有统计学意义。结论:在避暗实验中多次测试法更能敏感地反映动物的学习记忆能力。
