| 摘 要： | 针对当前对实习教师与学生互动策略研究不足的情况，以大理学院师范类学生教育实习为例，采取质的研究方法，目的在于了解实习教师在中小学课堂教学中为达成特定目的所采用的师生互动策略，探讨影响这些策略的相关因素，并提出建议，以期引起人们对教师教育实习的思考和重视，并加强对实习教师的指导。
