| 摘 要： | 目的：综述香菇多糖的药理作用。方法：查阅国内外30多篇相关献资料加以概述。结果：综述了香菇多糖药理作用方面的研究状况。结论：香菇多糖具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等多种药理作用。
