| 摘 要： | 目的：观察开放复位扩髓绞锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的效果。方法：对32例股骨干骨折采用小切口复位扩髓绞锁髓内钉治疗。结果：随诊8～18月,骨折达骨性愈合,无并发症发生。结论：应用开放复位扩髓绞锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折可以获得优良的临床疗效,可使患肢早期、主动、无痛功能活动,预防骨折的全身及局部并发症发生,而且安全和稳定。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the effects of reamed interlocked intramedullary nailing in curing thighbone fracture.Methods: 32 cases with thighbone fracture were treated with reamed interlocked intramedullary nailing by tiny incision.Results: Synosteosis was displayed in all the cases being followed-up 8 to 18 months and no complications appeared.Conclusion: To treat thighbone fracture with reamed interlocking intramedullary nailing could obtain good clinical results.And reamed interlocked intramedullary nailing in thighbone fracture treatment was safe and steady. |
