摘    要:自20世纪中期以来,学校与社区的关系逐步步入了学校向社区开放、社区参与学校的合作阶段.社区参与学校课程是学校课程改革、学生个体社会化以及学校管理民主化的迫切需要.根据日本"特别非正式讲师制度"的成功经验,提出了我国社区参与学校课程的建议:在学校课程中开设社区性课程;设立"校外讲师团制度";设立"课程评议员制度".

Abstract:Since the middle of the 20th century,the relationship between school and community has developed to a cooperative stage: school opens to community and community involves school.Community involving school has become the urgent necessity of the reform of school curriculum,the development of students' quality,the socialism of students and the democracy of school management.According to the successful experiences of Japanese "special non-docent system",this article sets forth the revelation to community involving school curriculum in our country: Establish the community educational curriculum in school curriculum;Establish "docent group system outside school" and establish "curriculum councilor system".
