| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨气管插管患者非计划拔管的因素及对策。方法：对10例气管插管患者非计划拔管的原因进行分析。结果：10例气管插管患者非计划拔管主要有3个方面的因素,即患者、导管、医护人员的因素。结论：护理人员应针对非计划拔管的危险因素采取有效的预防措施和健康教育,降低非计划拔管的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the factors and countermeasures of unplanned tube extraction for trachea intubation patients.Method: 10 cases of trachea intubation patients were analyzed.Results: Three factors were summarized,patients,tracheal cannula,and medical care personnel.Conclusion: Effective preventive measures and the health education should be provided so to reduce the occurrence of the tube extraction. |
