政府公共服务能力的提升与中国—东盟自由贸易区的运行

中国—东盟自由贸易区的建立和发展给广西经济带来了前所未有的发展机遇,同时也给广西各地各级政府带来了巨大的挑战,加快政府改革,提升政府的公共服务能力将是应对这一挑战的必然选择。加快政府职能转变,政府逐步退出市场,在法制环境、信息服务、公共基础设施、公共安全和公共交通等方面为中国—东盟博览会提供更多更好的服务。

The Upgrading of the Government's Capability of Public Service and the Operation of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area

The establishment and development of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area has presented unprecedented opportunities to the economic development of Guangxi,as well as great challenges to governments of different levels in Guangxi. To accelerate the reform of the government, and to improve its capability of public service is a must to meet the challenge. The government should expedite the transformation of its functions and retreat gradually out of the market, and provide more and better services for China-ASEAN Expo in such fields as legal environment, information service, public infrastructure, public security and public transportation.
