协同治理与和谐社会的构建

协同治理理论在治理主体多元性的社会主义和谐社会中具有客观必然性。为了不断提高构建社会主义和谐社会的能力,执政党要切实转变领导方式,更新管理理念,营造平等、包容、合作的氛围,发挥整合社会资源和社会力量的核心作用;政府要注重协同合作,努力构建服务型政府;非政府组织则在保持自己的独立性、自主性的同时,加强与政府的协同合作,积极参与公共事务的管理。

Coordinating Management and Construction of Harmonious Society

Theory of coordinating management is indispensable to administration of multi-subject socialist harmonious society. In order to continuously improve the ability to construct socialist harmonious society, the ruling party should substantially transform the means of leadership, update management idea, create equal, inclusive and cooperative atmosphere, and play a core role in integrating social resource and power. Whereas, the government should value coordinating cooperation and work hard to construct a service-type government, and non-governmental organizations should strengthen cooperation with government and actively participate in administration of public affairs while maintaining their own independence and self-determination.
