道德教育的检视与革新

摘    要:道德教育的目的是促进学生的道德发展,而道德冲突是学生道德发展的必经环节和内部动力。当前学生道德教育中漠视道德冲突主要表现在:知性道德教育目标导致道德冲突的僭忘;灌输性道德教育方式导致道德冲突的滞留;单一性道德教育途径致使道德冲突解决的断裂。本着"以人(学生)为本"的道德教育观,道德教育目标应由知性化到生活化;道德教育方式从灌输走向交往对话;道德教育途径由单一性走向整体性,以提高道德教育的针对性和实效性。

Abstract:Moral education aims at promoting students' moral development,while moral conflict is an inevitable part and inner motive power of the development.Currently,ignoring moral conflicts in students' moral education is shown as:perceptive target of moral education leads to the neglect of moral conflicts;spoon-feeding moral education leads to the stay of moral conflicts;oneness of moral educational approach leads to the impossibility to resolve moral conflicts.In line with the moral education ideology of "being student-oriented",the objective of moral education should transfer from intellectuality to life;the mode of moral education should transfer from spoon-feeding to communication and dialogue;and the approach of moral education should transfer from oneness to wholeness,so as to improve the effectiveness of moral education.
