道德教育的检视与革新

道德教育的目的是促进学生的道德发展,而道德冲突是学生道德发展的必经环节和内部动力。当前学生道德教育中漠视道德冲突主要表现在:知性道德教育目标导致道德冲突的僭忘;灌输性道德教育方式导致道德冲突的滞留;单一性道德教育途径致使道德冲突解决的断裂。本着"以人(学生)为本"的道德教育观,道德教育目标应由知性化到生活化;道德教育方式从灌输走向交往对话;道德教育途径由单一性走向整体性,以提高道德教育的针对性和实效性。

Review on Moral Education and Innovation Theory

Moral education aims at promoting students' moral development,while moral conflict is an inevitable part and inner motive power of the development.Currently,ignoring moral conflicts in students' moral education is shown as:perceptive target of moral education leads to the neglect of moral conflicts;spoon-feeding moral education leads to the stay of moral conflicts;oneness of moral educational approach leads to the impossibility to resolve moral conflicts.In line with the moral education ideology of "being student-oriented",the objective of moral education should transfer from intellectuality to life;the mode of moral education should transfer from spoon-feeding to communication and dialogue;and the approach of moral education should transfer from oneness to wholeness,so as to improve the effectiveness of moral education.
