| 摘 要： | “以学生为本”是美国高校管理教育的理念 ,它尊重学生 ,突出对学生的关爱和服务。我国高校学生管理教育工作应树立“以学生为本”的理念 ,遵循学生的心理需求 ,通过管理工作的具体实施 ,充分发挥管理的内在育人功能 ,这样才能获得更好的教育效果。
