摘    要:北京目前是全国接待国际旅游者最多的城市 ,旅游饭店业发展迅速 ,但其服务水平与国际大都市的要求仍然存在一些差距。为满足国际国内旅游者的需要 ,做好迎接 2 0 0 8年奥运会召开的准备 ,北京旅游饭店应着重从员工及管理层素质培训、管理信息系统建设、管理制度创新等方面 ,进一步进行改革与发展建设 ,把服务质量提升到国际先进水平

Abstract:Tourist Hotels industry of Beijing is developing rapidly due to the fact that Beijing is the city which accepts most foreign tourists presently in China. However, the level of services has certain gap according to the requisition of international cities. In order to meet the need of domestic and oversea tourists and preparing for Beijing Olympic game 2008, improvements should be made in the following aspects: Service Training of employees and managers, construction of information management system, Innovation of Management System. In this way, the quality of service would be meet the standards of international level.
