| 摘 要： | 本文探讨一种利用尿素和硝酸从废感光胶片中脱除回收金属银的新方法,将尿素加到硝酸溶液中,减弱了硝酸的氧化性和腐蚀性,硝酸仅靠酸解作用破坏胶片上的明胶层,银不被氧化而脱离胶片,因此,胶片脱银操作简便,安全性好,不损害胶片片基。

| Abstract: | This paper intruduces a new method for ablating and reclaiming metal silver from waste photo film with urea and nitric acid, in the presence of urea, nitric acid is lightly oxidizitive and corrosive, destroys the gelatin layer by acid degradation, silver is not oxidizited and ablated from the film, and then this pressing is simple and non-hazardous, without damaging the film base. |
