On National Supportive Policies in Independent Innovation in the Western Regions of China

Independent innovation is an internal factor to change the current economic development pattern of the western regions of China. In the context where self innovation of the western regions are under multiple constraints, supportive fiscal, tax and financial policies of the government, which can disperse risks, support and encourage people, are important means to enhance the capacity of self innovation of the western regions.
