| Abstract: | The essay, on the basis of defining the concepts of power and power structure, explains the relationship of antinomy and identity between administrative supervision system and power structure, as well as the connotation and characteristics of dynamic balance between them. Dynamic balance between administrative supervision system and power structure is a new perspective to study administrative power control and also a key to effective control over administrative power. |
