漆酚铁铝高分子催化剂的合成及应用

摘    要:对漆酚铁铝高分子复合试剂进行了红外光谱分析,结果表明,化合物中存在O-Fe和O-Al键.还测定了催化剂中的含水量,分析了催化剂活性与含水量的关系,探索了漆酚高聚物及其助催化剂在酯化反应中所起的作用,探讨了催化剂的可能反应机理.

Abstract:The article focuses on the action and mechanism of catalyst with polymer compound of urushiol-Fe-Al as catalyst in the esterifying reaction. First, the catalyst is analysed by IR spectrum, the result shows that there is Fe-O bond (Al-O bond) in the urushiol-Fe (urushiol-Al) compound. Volume of water is mesured in the catalyst, UR-Al>UR-Fe>UR-Fe-Al>UR-Fe-Al-A. lt is discussed that action of the urushiol polymer and assistants A. The urushiol polymerize and carry metal, increase heat-resistance of catalyst and supply "micro-environment" for esterifying reaction. Beside, the reaction mechanism is discussed. lt is considered that the action center of catalyst is Fe 3+ (Al 3+ ),the Fe 3+ and acide form middle coordination complex in the "micro-environment" of urushiol polymer. The structure is beneficial to the esterifying reaction.
