| 摘 要： | 模糊综合评判方法是解决评价指标难以量化、评价因素带有模糊性的有力工具.尝试用模糊综合评判与AHP(层次分析法)结合的方法,以实例对教师综合素质进行评估.结果证明该方法操作简便,评价结果更为客观合理.

| Abstract: | Fuzzy Comprehensive evaluation method is a good way to solve the problem of which evaluating indexes are difficult to quantify and evaluating factors bear the fuzzy quality.This paper try to use the method and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to appraise colleges teachers' comprehensive qualities with an example.The result proves that the method is easy to operate and the evaluating result is more objective and reasonable. |
