| 摘 要： | 抗日战争爆发后 ,中共强调了文化的地位和作用并阐述了自己的文化政策。为在国统区贯彻其文化政策 ,中共采取了灵活的政策和措施 ,运用各种合法形式推动文化运动的发展 ,使其在国统区健康蓬勃发展 ,并积累了一些可贵的经验。

| Abstract: | After the breaking-out of the War against Japanese, the Communist Party emphasised the important role and function of culture and expounded its culture policy. In order to carry out the cultural policy in Kuomintang controlling district, Chinese Communist Party took flexible measures in various legal ways to promote the cultural movement. As a result, the movement developed widely and correctly and offered some precious experience for later generations. |
