摘    要:研究了不同水深培养的生物膜上化学耗氧量COD]和总有机碳量TOC]之间的比例关系,结果表明,在0.3—1.3m水深范围内,自然水体生物膜上COD]与TOC]比值和理论值(≈2.67)无显性差异,即COD或TOC均可以用来表征生物膜上有机质的含量;但随水深的增加,膜上除碳以外的还原性物质相对含量显增高,且在自然水体生物膜的培养初期,膜上除碳以外的其它还原性组分的含量大干不能被K2Cr2O7氧化的芳香族化合物的含量。

Abstract:The ratios of chemical oxygen demand (COD) to total organic carbon (TOC) in the natural surface coatings, which were developed at different depths of the lake, are measured. The results indicate that there are not significant diversity between the theoretical value (2.67) and the ratios of COD] to TOC] in the surface coatings at the water depth range from 0.3 m to 1.3 m, meaning that the organic materials in the surface coatings could be described by measuring the COD] or TOC]. The resulted information also showed that the amount of reducible fraction except those consisted of carbon is more than that of aromatic compounds not oxidized by the oxidizing agent of K_2Cr_2O_7.
