应力腐蚀裂纹涡流定量检测的多目标评价方法

摘    要:足够精度的应力腐蚀裂纹无损定量方法研究,对确保核电站等大型结构的安全、高效运行具有重要应用价值。但是,由于微观结构复杂,应力腐蚀裂纹涡流定量检测常出现欠评估和多个极值的问题。为了充分利用多频涡流检测信号信息,提高重构精度,提出了应力腐蚀裂纹定量的多目标评价策略和求解多目标优化的ε-约束法。几个模拟的应力腐蚀裂纹重构结果表明,所提策略在提高应力腐蚀裂纹深度的定量精度上是有效的。

Abstract:Enhancement of the quantitative nondestructive testing technology for stress corrosion cracking (SCC) inspection is very important in order to guarantee both the safety and the high efficient operation for large mechanical systems. However, reconstruction of crack profiles with eddy current testing (ECT) signals often underestimates the depth of Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC) because of its complicated geometry and conductivity property. In this paper, a multi-objective optimization strategy is proposed for the multi-frequency ECT inversion to improve the reconstruction accuracy of SCC depth. A -constraint method is applied to solve the multi-objective optimization in order to fully utilize the information from the measured ECT signals of different frequencies. Reconstruction with simulated ECT signals of SCC is conducted and the results reveal that the proposed strategy is effective to improve the sizing precision of a deep SCC.
