摘    要:以某轻型车辆为研究对象,在爆炸冲击作用下车身底部结构响应进行仿真与试验研究。采用任意拉格朗日—欧拉算法(arbitrary Lagrange-Euler,ALE)对爆炸冲击作用下的板壳结构响应进行仿真计算分析。通过对比分析仿真结果与理论结果,验证了算法的准确性。根据某轻型车辆建立试验样车有限元模型,进行了爆炸仿真分析,研究其在爆炸冲击作用下车身底部结构损伤与车身底板结构响应。研究了试验样车爆炸试验方法进行了样车的实爆试验,验证了样车仿真的准确性,根据车身及底部结构损伤形态为后续整车车身设计提供合理建议。

Abstract:In this paper, a light vehicle as the research object, under the impact of the impact of the body structure of the bottom of the simulation and experimental study. Using Arbitrary Lagrange-Euler method for simulation analysis of Plate-shell structural response under explosive shock, by comparing the results of computer simulation and theoretical results, verify the accuracy of the algorithm. A finite element model of the test vehicle is built according to a light vehicle. The explosion simulation was carried out to study the structural damage of the underbody and the response of the floor structure under the impact of explosion. The vehicle explosion test method is studied and the vehicle explosion test is carried out to verify the accuracy of the test vehicle simulation, according to the bottom of the body and structure damage to provide reasonable recommendations for follow-up vehicle body design.
