摘    要:对路噪机理进行了研究,同时提供了路噪问题识别及控制方法。在路噪问题识别中,用到了运用工况传递路径OTPA(operational path analysis)与传递函数相结合的方法,并介绍了OTPA原理。针对某款车路噪问题,通过OTPA测试明确后车轮对路噪影响较大;经过传递函数测试,确定后副车架下摆臂接附点是路噪问题的主要传递路径;针对问题点进行结构优化,解决低频结构路噪问题。该方法不仅提出了解决路噪问题的新思路,同时也提高了路噪问题的解决效率。

Abstract:In this paper, the mechanism of road noise is studied, and the road noise identification and control method is provided. In the recognition of road noise problem, the method of combining OTPA (Operational Path Analysis) with transfer function is used, and the principle of OTPA is introduced. For the road noise problem of one car, the OTPA test clearly shows that the rear wheels have great impact on the road noise. After the test of transfer function, it is determined that the lower arm attaching points of rear subframe is the main transfer path of the road noise problem. Structural optimization is carried out to solve the problem of low frequency structure-borne road noise. This method not only puts forward a new way to solve the problem of road noise, but also improves the efficiency.
