热压合成AlON-VN复相陶瓷的研究

摘    要:在对V-Al-O-N体系热力学分析的基础上热压合成了阿隆-氮化钒(AlON-VN)复相陶瓷,通过XRD分析证实合成了AlON-VN复相陶瓷。力学性能分析的结果是AlON-VN复相陶瓷的抗弯强度和断裂韧性都高于纯AlON陶瓷,并且随烧结温度的增加,AlON-VN复相陶瓷的抗弯强度和断裂韧性先增加后减小,试样断口SEM分析结果证实断裂方式以沿晶断裂为主,并伴有少量的穿晶或解理断裂。

Abstract:The AlON-VN composite ceramics are synthesized by hot-pressing technique in accordance with the thermodynamic analysis of the V-Al-O-N system. XRD results verify the credibility of the thermodynamic analysis. Mechanical properties are also measured, the results show that the strength and fracture toughness of AlON-VN composites enhance from AlON matrix. The mechanical properties increase, then degrade with a increasing sintering temperature. The fracture section morphology is examined using scanning electron microscope (SEM), the results showed that the fracture mechanism is the intercrystalline fracture accompanied some transcrystalline and cleaver fracture.
