基于有限元和多体动力学的柴油机支座作用力的计算

摘    要:以16缸某型柴油机为研究对象,利用三维实体有限元法和非线性多体动力学计算柴油机对支座的作用力.在有限元软件中建立曲轴和机体的有限元模型,采用子结构法缩减导入AVL-EXCITE中,建立多体动力学模型,定义柴油机参数以及外载工况等,然后模拟柴油机在1000r/min转速下进行两个工作循环,计算四个支座的作用力,并与实测试验数据进行分析比较,证明了该分析方法具有合理性,仿真结果对柴油机机体和支座的结构设计具有一定的参考性.

Abstract:The foot support forces of a 16 V diesel engine are calculated with 3D finite element and nonlinear multy-body dynamics method.The finite element models of crankshaft and engine block which are created in finite element software,are reduced by substructure technique.AVL-EXCITE is introduced to establish the multy-body dynamics models,diesel parameters and load data are defined in AVL-EXCITE.Two operating cycles of diesel engine are simulated at 1 000 r/min.The forces of four foot supports through calculating are compared with test data.The results show the analytical method is reasonable.The simulation results are referenced in the structural design of engine block and foot support.
