开关磁阻电机定子两侧极靴和转子两侧开槽的优化

摘    要:针对开关磁阻电机表现出较高的转矩脉动和较大的振动幅度,本文提出一种改进的开关磁阻电机结构,即在定子齿两侧添加极靴和转子极两侧开槽。在定子齿两侧添加极靴,提高电机的最小电感,来增大换相区间的最小转矩,以降低电机的转矩脉动;在转子两侧开槽,改变气隙磁密的方向,增大气隙磁密的切向分量的同时减小气隙磁密的径向分量,来减小径向力的波高,进而减小电机的振动。对于极靴参数和开槽参数最优值的确定,本文通过改进的NSGA-Ⅱ算法将控制参数(开通角和关断角)与结构参数(极靴参数和开槽参数)进行协同优化。通过仿真和实验证明,优化后的电机模型相较于初始模型,电机的平均转矩得到提高、转矩脉动得到降低,且电机的振动得到了减小。

Abstract:Switched reluctance motor has high torque ripple and large vibration amplitude. In this paper, an improved structure of switched reluctance motor is proposed, which adds pole shoes on both sides of stator teeth and slots on both sides of rotor poles. By adding pole shoes on both sides of stator teeth, the minimum inductance of the motor is increased to increase the minimum torque during commutation, so as to reduce the torque ripple of the motor; Slots are made on both sides of the rotor to change the direction of the air gap magnetic density, increase the tangential component of the air gap magnetic density, and reduce the radial component of the air gap magnetic density. By reducing the wave height of the radial force, the noise of the motor is reduced. For the determination of the optimal values of pole shoe parameters and slotting parameters, this paper cooperatively optimizes the control parameters (turn-on angle and turn-off angle) and structural parameters (pole shoe parameters and slot parameters) based on the improved NSGA-II. Through simulation and experiment,it is proved that compared with the initial model, the average torque of the optimized motor is improved, the torque ripple is reduced, and vibration of the motor is greatly reduced.
