摘    要:利用矩形微带谐振腔与C型缺陷地共同形成高效耦合的原理,提出了一种基于C型缺陷地(defected ground structure,C-DGS)的紧凑型三通带滤波器。采用HFSS对三通带滤波器进行仿真优化。通过调节介质基板的厚度可以获得不同工作频率的通带,改变C型缺陷槽的尺寸可以调整滤波器的工作特性。在仿真的基础上进行实物加工,滤波器的尺寸为16 mm×12 mm×0.8 mm,测试结果与仿真结果良好吻合。滤波器三个通带中心频率分别为0.1 GHz、6.2 GHz、10.9 GHz;通带内插入损耗分别为-0.5 d B、-0.8 d B、-2.8 d B。

Abstract:A compact three-band band-pass filter based on C type DGS is proposed which consists of a rectangular microstrip resonator and a C shape cavity defects with high efficiency coupling. The model of filter was simulated and optimized by using HFSS. Different operation frequencies can be obtained when the thickness of dielectric substrate was changed. And the characteristics of the filter can also be adjusted by regulating the size of C defects slot. The physical filter was fabricated on the basis of simulation with the size of 16mm×12mm×0.8mm. The measurement data are consistent well with the simulation results. It is observed that the three-band band-pass filter operates at 0.1GHz, 6.2GHz and 10.9GHz with the insertion loss of -0.5dB, -0.8dB and -2.8dB, respectively.
