基于智能传感的车轮运动状态监测系统设计

摘    要:针对机动车安全运行存在的问题,提出一种基于智能传感的车轮运动状态监测系统。分析了该系统的框架与工作信息流,利用微惯性传感器研制了车轮智能传感节点,并进行了安装测试。结果表明,车轮智能传感节点体积小,便于安装,可用于不同行驶状况下车轮运动状态监测,也可实时地获取多个车轮运动状态信息,满足车轮运动状态实时监测的需要。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the safe operation of motor vehicle, a movement state monitoring system that has been put forward. The framework of the system and information flow has been analyzed, and the wheel end based on intelligent sensor made of micro-inertial sensor has been developed, then it has been installed and tested. The results show that the wheel end based on intelligent sensor is small in size and easy to installed, and could be used for wheel Movement State Monitoring in different driving conditions; And it can obtain several wheel information of wheel movement status real-time, meet the needs of real-time monitoring.
