TOD模式在晋阳湖新城交通规划中的运用

随着经济日新月异地发展,我国特大城市和省会城市已经进入了快速城市化发展时期,新城建设作为快速城市化的重要手段,将在很长时间大范围内持续执行。在新城规划建设过程中,积极进行公共交通导向(TOD)新城的规划模式实施,是实现以人为本,促进社会和谐的重要措施。以太原市晋阳湖新城交通专项规划为例,首先剖析城市空间结构及土地利用发展策略,在此基础上对晋阳湖新城进行TOD新城市定位,最后对新城基于TOD模式的公共交通规划进行模型分析,从而得到新城的轨道和BRT公交布局。

The Application of TOD Model in Jinyang Lake New Town Transportation Planning

With the rapid development of economy, our country entered fast developing period of urbanization. As one of the most powerful tools in rapid urbanization, new town construction will be executed in a long time and scale. During the process of new town planning and construction, conducting the model of TOD town was one of the most important measures to realize people-oriented and social harmony. This paper took Jinyang lake transportation planning in Taiyuan city as an example. Firstly, analyze the development strategy of urban spatial structure and land use. On this basis, identify Jinyang lake new town to be TOD town. At last, conduct model analysis of public transport planning based on TOD model for Jinyang lake new town, then, obtain the layout of metro and BRT.
