| 摘 要： | 总结了现有的水泥计量技术，介绍了一种新的计量系统的设计，并着重阐述了其在灌浆机上的应用。提出了由PLC控制步进电机的方法，并在PLC控制过程中加入反馈环节，在提高计量精度的同时，也简化了整个系统的设计。

| Abstract: | A new cement-weighting system is designed after summarizing the update technologies. The emphasis is put on the application in the grouting machine, in which advancing a new way that PLC controls the stepping motor and a feedback in PLC controlling system. In the end, the precision of the weighting and predigest the designing of the weighting system are improved. |
