航站楼离港资源配置优化方法研究综述

摘    要:随着民航运输业的高速发展,资源负荷过载导致的航站楼拥堵问题愈发严重,不合理的资源分配策略会对整个民航系统的经济、安全、服务等方面都造成较为严重的负面影响,因此,准确及时地对关键资源进行配置优化成为了近年来民航交通运输领域的研究热点。本文首先介绍了基于资源调度与协同决策的航站楼优化概念的研究现状;接着分别针对值机、安检、登机口三个主要服务资源总结了目前国内外常用的配置优化策略,分别为:基于静态配置模型和动态配置模型的值机资源配置方法,考虑旅客移动特点和手续办理流程的安检优化方法,基于数学规划方法(多目标优化模型与图论-网络流模型)和计算机仿真技术的登机口分配方法;最后提出了航站楼服务资源配置优化问题的未来研究方向。

Abstract:With the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry, the problem of terminal congestion caused by resource overload is becoming more and more serious. Unreasonable resource allocation strategy will have a serious negative impact on the economy, security and service of the whole civil aviation system. Therefore, the accurate and timely allocation and optimization of key resources has become a hot research topic in the field of civil aviation transportation in recent years. Firstly, this paper introduces the research status of terminal optimization concept based on resource scheduling and collaborative decision-making; Then the three main service resources of check-in, security check and boarding are summarized as the common configuration optimization strategies at home and abroad, respectively: check-in resource allocation method based on static configuration model and dynamic configuration model, and security inspection optimization method considering passenger movement characteristics and security inspection process, Gate assignment method based on mathematical induction methods (multi-objective optimization model and graph theory - network flow model) and computer simulation technology; Finally, the future research direction of terminal service resource allocation optimization is put forward.
