摘    要:为克服传统橡胶定子螺杆泵应用于热采高温井的局限性,全金属螺杆泵举升技术应运而生。为深入认识这一新型举升技术,基于间隙配合方式的基本结构分析了全金属螺杆泵的工作原理及技术特点,开展了全金属螺杆泵工作特性室内实验研究。实验结果表明,全金属螺杆泵具有较好的抽稠能力、高转速适应性及高扬程举升能力。该泵更适用于但不仅限于较高粘度介质的举升情况,低粘介质举升过程中可将合理提高转速作为保证举升能力的有效途径,热采高温井实际生产过程中需根据油井生产动态进行转速的实时调整。全金属螺杆泵举升技术满足注采一体化配套工艺要求,现场应用效果显著,具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:For overcoming the limitations of the traditional progressing cavity pump (PCP) applied in thermal production wells, all metal PCPs have achieved certain development. In order to get deep knowledge of the new artificial lift technique, working principles and technical characteristics of all metal PCP are analyzed based on the basic structure in clearance fit mode, and working performance is studied by laboratory artificial lift experiments. The results show that, all metal PCP has good adaptability to high rotor speed working and the capacity of viscous fluid lifting and high-lift pumping. This pump is more but not just applicable to heavy oil lifting. When it comes to lifting lower viscosity fluid, the lifting capacity can be guaranteed by increasing the rotor speed. During the producing process of thermal wells, the rotor speed should be adjusted in real time according to the performance of the thermal producing recovery. The artificial lift technology of all metal PCP can meet requirements of the injection-production integration matching technology. Field tests show that it can realize great working performance and has broad development prospects.
