摘    要:输电线冰雪灾害给人类带来巨大的损失。现有的融冰技术无法实现不断电融冰作业;融冰作业时因断电会影响正常的生产生活,对于减轻输电线冰雪灾害的成效仍极其有限。为了同时实现输电功能和在线实时融冰功能,即不断电融冰作业,首次设计出同时具备输电线路导线功能和融冰线路导线功能的自融冰导线,并进行了试制。基于同轴电缆的电路模型,结合自融冰导线结构特点,建立了自融冰导线等效电路模型及其数学表达。针对自融冰导线的特殊结构和特定的输电融冰作业要求,基于三绕组变压器结构,提出了输电线路自融冰导线与变压器输出端特有的连接方式,形成了具有融冰加热电源功能的融冰输电变压器的设计方法,并确定了融冰输电变压器运行参数的计算方法。研究成果为后续系统开展不断电在线实时融冰技术的研发提供了整体的技术方案和必要的理论基础。

Abstract:The power line snow and ice disaster brought huge loss of life and property to mankind. The existing ice-melting technologies are not efficient to relieve the snow and ice disaster. In order to realize both power transmission and online real-time melting ice functions, namely melting operation without power outage, a new kind of power line named self-melting ice power line was put forward in this paper and the sample was produced at a factory. The equivalent circuit model and related mathematical expression were established based on the circuit model of coaxial cable and the structural characteristics of the self-melting ice power line. The particular power transformers aimed for the self-melting ice power line were designed based on the structure of three winding transformer, however, one distinctive connection pattern between the output of power transformer and the self-melting ice power line was professionally present to meet the specific request of the self-melting ice power line. The formula to decide the power transformer operation parameters were proposed. The research results provide the overall theoretical basis for the system to develop on-line real-time ice-melting technology.
