摘    要:为弥补广播式自动相关监视系统(ADS-B)地面站建设成本高、技术复杂以及沙漠海洋极地等地区难以搭建的不足,可在卫星上搭建ADS-B接收机实现对全球空中交通的监测与管制。解析星基ADS-B报文,整理报文信息,提取导航完整度类别信息(NIC),分析空中位置数据的完好性和精度信息。选取符合完好性要求的航迹点数据,统计与航路中心线的实际位置误差,运用统计学方法对航迹误差分布进行分析。结果表明,实际误差距离符合正态分布规律,95.5%的概率下空中位置的实际误差在(101.694, 211.761)m,为后续的卫星基系统监视性能的可用性分析打下了良好基础。

Abstract:Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) ground station has high cost, complexity technique. It is hard to build in deserts, polar, seas, and other regions. In order to make up for these deficiencies, ADS-B receiver can be built on satellite to monitor and control the global air traffic. For this study, a dataset of space-based ADS-B messages was analyzed and arranged. The navigation integrity category (NIC) has been extracted to analysis the integrity and accuracy of air position data. According to the requirements of track data integrity, we calculate the actual location error between the track point and the route centerline, and use statistical methods to analyze the distribution of track error. The result shows that the deviated distance obeys the normal distribution. The actual error of air position in the probability of 95.5% is (101.694, 211.761) M. The condition for the further research on availability analysis of space-based ADS-B surveillance performance was created.
